June 5, 2010: Fit Families Running Festival has been a staple in the Fairfax City community since 2007! Each year, we look forward to seeing so many families support FF4K while running in our 1-mile fun run or 5k race!

2009 Eastern District AAHPERD Conference |

February 7, 2009: Session #1 – Denise Moser along with 6 physical therapy students and Dr. Kay Malek, from St. Francis University, presented the findings of a research study that was conducted on the FF4K program model. FF4K was implemented in an Elementary School in Johnstown, PA, under the direct supervision of the St. Francis University PT students – successful results were found. Session #2: Denise Moser presented the FF4K curriculum to 50 health & physical educators. The voluntary attendees participated in a series of exercise routines, such as, circuit training, station training, and dynamic warm-ups. See “video gallery” for session segments.
